In my practice, I specialize in supporting women in all stages of life, who are struggling with symptoms relating to digestion, hormone health, energy levels, sleep, stress, and more.

My focus extends to addressing fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and menopause as I recognize the unique nutritional needs and challenges that women face during these critical life stages.
